  • Nutrition Presentation: Join Coach Buxton at the Revolution Wellness Center for a presentation on "Race-day Nutrition," hosted by the Triad Triathlon Team on Thursday, February 18th at 6:30 PM. The Wellness Center is located at 1100 Revolution Mill Drive, Studio #9, Greensboro, NC.
     
  • Movement Seminar: Coach Buxton joins Active Release Techniques Specialist, Dr. Damien Rodulfo, DC, for a free seminar on "Functional Movement for the Multi-sport Athlete" on February 24th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM **. The seminar will be held at the Guilford Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Clinic, 1915 Lendew Street, Suite 100, Greensboro, NC. To Register, call Healing Hands Chiropractic at 336-275-7405. Food and beverage provided and come dressed to participate! **Note: The functional strength seminar has been postponed due to weather and we will reschedule. Please check back for the new date and time.
     
  • Transition Clinic: Coach Buxton will be partnering with USAT certified coach, Marisa Pirih, of Evolve Multisport, to present a TRANSITION CLINIC on Saturday, April 3rd, 2:00 PM at Hagan Stone Park, 5920 Hagan-Stone Park Road, Pleasant Garden , NC. We will also ride the 14 mile bike course for the Greensboro Triathlon following the clinic. For more information and to register ($20 before March 16th and after, $25), contact Coach Buxton.
     
  • Summer Swim Session: Mark your calendars for the second season of swim sessions for Triathletes and Fitness Swimmers at the Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club. The sessions will run from June through August and will be held on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Contact Coach Buxton for more information and to register.
